Part Time Receptionist/Front of House
Due to a staff member leaving, we have a

This person will:

Assistant position Cromwell
Assisting with all areas of administration, approximately
20-25 hours per week in a flexible working environment.
Previous experience is essential, requirements are
proficiency with Quickbooks accounting system (or
similar), reconciliation and reporting, Microsoft word
and excel. Good communication and organisational skills
essential. Wider duties include mail order and export
order detail and dispatch, customer and warehouse

McNeill Pumping has an exciting opportunity for someone to manage the day to day operations of the
Alexandra branch, drive sales and promote the expertise and services of McNeill Pumping Alexandra.
This role may suit someone with a sound knowledge of pumping equipment who is looking to step up
into a management position or someone with previous management experience who has the ability to
learn the mechanics of pumping fairly quickly. We are willing to invest in training the right person
to help them develop additional skills to be successful in this role.
Based in Alexandra, you will oversee the entire client experience from quoting right through to delivery,
ensuring that all projects are profitable and completed on time as per client expectations. You will
manage a small team ensuring that the services they provide are working together to create a seamless
operation and high level of customer service.
More than half the role involves quoting and tendering for work so you must have good attention to
detail, competent in using computers and working with numbers. Our company is experiencing high
growth in the demand for our products and need someone with the motivation to capitalise on the
opportunities that are out there.
Preferred applicants will also have:
• Good planning and organising skills.
• The ability to monitor and assess job profitability.
• Great people skills.
