Proposed development for Suffolk Street,
The Council is considering a proposal to grant land at 11-21 Suffolk Street,
Arrowtown to the Queenstown Lakes Community Housing Trust to develop
affordable rental accommodation.
The development would include ten architecturally designed dwellings with two
reserved for senior citizens.
All dwellings will be held in perpetuity by the Trust on behalf of the community.

Creative Communities Scheme Funding
Funding is now available for community--based arts groups. The funding
is intended to help local organisations stage performances, events and
workshops that will provide a variety of opportunities for participation. The
funding round is now open and will close at 5pm on Friday, 31 May 2013 and
applications are available from the Council website www.qldc.govt.nz

Subdivision consent is sought to create two new residential allotments from Lot

Notice of the Operative Date of a Plan
Change to the Queenstown Lakes District
Council District Plan
Pursuant to Clause 20 of the First Schedule of the Resource Management
Act 1991 the Queenstown Lakes District Council gives public notice that
on 6 June 2013 the Queenstown Lakes District Plan will become fully
operative with respect to the following Plan Change:
